Hmmm.
It is in the App Store, but it cannot be deleted from my iPhone (hold it down, and there's no "x" in the corner to tap to delete).
Perhaps it *originally* was deletable, or only from older devices…
Otherwise, I was going to suggest to force-delete it, then purposely re-download it.
Perhaps delete it from "My Apps", and re-download it.
For me, it isn't even deletable from the device from within iTunes.
