The side button feels a little odd at first, but was a quick adjustment for me.  I hope the same is the case for you.

iPhone 6 Plus arrived this afternoon. So far loving it, not too big at all. Only thing I don't like is the power button on the side. Really used to having it on top. Going to take some getting used to. Pete
