My husband has received this strange message twice on his iPhone 4, 8GB, iOS 7.1.2
Phone disabled, check back in 15 mins. Screen is black with message in white text. Home button doesn't work to reset the icons. He has minimal photos, music, only uses for phone calls or email. Any ideas why this message is showing up?
He did re-boot the phone, message still appears, usually during a phone call which is not interfered with...he can talk and hear the party on the other end.
