MY husband's iphone5 is not ringing anymore. It vibrates but incoming calls do not ring and he is missing calls.
I checked his settings and his ringer is on and do not disturb is NOT enabled.
When I call his phone from my landline phone it does not ring either, only fibrates.
He called my phone from his phone and my ringer did not sound either!! I called my phone from my landline and it worked find.
I turned his bluetooth off to see if it made a difference, but it did not. He uses bluetooth in his new "iphone on wheels" as he calls his new car (which
has to much technology for his liking) and I am not sure if his phone is ringing in his car either... I'll have to check it out another time.
But does anything jump out that would cause his phone to not ring? I did check out his volume and that is okay... it is turned up.
Does it possible have anything to do with the latest upgrade? Or could there be something wrong with the phone?
