When I hold a picture in Facebook, the options Save Photo, Report Photo and Cancel come up. Tapping Save Photo saves it to Camera Roll.

On my iPhone4, in Facebook I click & held a picture, then copied the picture. I have forgotten how to paste or place this picture on my iPhone, like in camera roll. I use an app called File App Pro, but saw no way to paste a pic to it either. Got any recommendations?
