What you are looking for is a timed one-time "Do not disturb". No such option. Maybe in future updates if many people ask for it and it reaches Apple.

That kind of defeats the purpose doesn't it? If I could remember to turn it back on then I could remember to turn on the ringer after I manually shut it off. The whole point of setting the phone to awake automatically is that I forget to turn it back on.
