[apple-iphone] Passbook glitch?

I have four "entries" (Walgreens, Sephora, Target, Starbucks) in the Passbook app on my iPhone 5 (iOS 6.0.1, 32GB), and I'm having a problem with the one for Starbucks. Actually, I'm not sure I'm not having trouble with all of them, since the Starbucks one is the only one I've tried to use so far. ;) At any rate, here's what's going on:

About once a week, I meet a group of friends at Starbucks, where the Starbucks app itself works perfectly. I can also use the Passbook app to pay, but the amount listed on my card in Passbook isn't updated after my purchase. As a result, I don't know at a glance how much is left on my card unless I open the Starbucks app, thus defeating the purpose of using Passbook. The Starbucks app updates immediately, whether I use it or Passbook to pay.

Any ideas on how to fix this? Or is it something that isn't fixable?
