Honestly if you go to the apple site they have the best tutorials on the iphone. I use voiceover with mac, and it was easy to go to the iphone. If you turn the accessibility options on, and turn voiceover on it's really just a matter of him getting used to it by practicing. There is a practice setting under accessibility options in the iphone's settings. The voiceover tutorials on apple are great too. It's just a simple matter of letting him use one really.
