If you haven't already done so, try rebooting your phone. Do a Google search for the method appropriate for your model.

After this last update, my phone freezes when I get a phone call and won't answer it. When I get solicitors calls I won't answer the phone. The screen freezes and stays where it shows the phone number and decline or accept button. What can I do?
