This is a matter of curosity based on advice that an expert gave to a relative's work group recently.
They were told that a court order could be issued to look for text messages that could have a bearing on a legal matter or law suit. This is in the USA. The speaker was suggesting that people not text or use their mobile devices or computers to discuss sensitive matters involving what I will call clients. Because an innocent remark may be held against them.
My question is, if one does a full reset on an iPhone will that clear all text messages, emails etc from the phone?
There was no recollection of servers being mentioned.
The above advice was offered regarding legal activities and discussions, nothing to do with law enforcement.
Thanks,
Bobby
