The Machine learning by neural engines is a two stage process. First is training the engine and second is inference generation.

For trading purposes, the input data is split into huge sub elements which require very large memory. Once the training is over and the parameters known then the memory requirement shrinks drastically.

As on date, not even a single user usable app for machine learning has been made available. This will not remain so for long time. When such apps become available, the 256g memory may also fall short, depending on data and training cycle requirements.
