Add the other id as another email address. Also talk to Apple as I think they don't allow making it primary.

So trying to figure out my Apple ID.
Our internet carrier changed our email addresses from insightbb.com to twc.com So originally I think my Apple ID was allison@insightbb.com (that is what populates on my phone when it asks for password) and when I enter the password it says not valid.
My invoice for my Icloud storage went to the allison@twc.com and calls that my apple Id.
I can log onto Iclod.com using allison@twc.com
I want to be able to do an Icloud backup so I can get a new phone but I turn on Icloud backup
It populates with allison@insightbb.com and asks for password which I cannot get correct. I cannot reset by email because I no longer get insightbb email.
What can I do to back up my phone – so I can get a new one and not loose my stuff?
