Re: [apple-iphone] Upgrading to ios7

When I was updating my phone from IOS 6.1.3 to IOS 7.0.3, I used my iPhone during the process, texting, playing games and reading Facebook. I kept checking the download progress frequently. It only took about 1 1/2 hours to complete the download, go through the install process and for me to go through settings to make sure that all settings were correct. When the download got to 95% I turned off my phone. I did the download wirelessly with my phone plugged in. I'm having no problems since the update.

I wonder, since it could take hours, if I could set the download to go without tying up my iPhone? I've not done that before. I wonder once I plug the phone back in at some later time that it would pick up at the install part and carry on... Anyone try that?
