[apple-iphone] iTunes Problem

 

Hi
I finally figured out how to use iTunes on my pc laptop to upload music to my iPhone 4s but do I have to resync the whole iTunes library after I import a cd. Can't I just send that to my phone and add it to the rest of the music?
