[apple-iphone] How to copy a pic to my iphone?

 

On my iphone4, in Facebook I click & held a picture, then copied the picture. I have forgotten how to paste or place this picture on my iPhone, like in camera roll. I use an app called File App Pro, but saw no way to paste a pic to it either. Got any recommendations?
