[apple-iphone] calendars and games center did not synced

Anybody of you who experience missing calendar of activities after shifting to another device?

I used to have my series of activities in my old 3Gs calendar and a lot more, saving everything in icloud OTA (thru wifi). After doing so, I deleted all the pre-configured series of emails (yahoo.. Gmail.. etc..) leaving my apple ID intact and may icloud account! And here comes activating my iphone 5!

I have recently noticed when I'm about to track back one important date and I haven't found it in my iphone5 of which supposedly up there! I scrolled back my 3GS and and find out everything were wiped out! Nothing left!

Same with to my series of games from games center! Do I really need to reinstall the games? When doing so, everything back to zero? What am thinking is that, since it is a saved game, itunes or icloud should supposed just transfer everything to the other idevice and need not to reinstall?

Anybody who could help me about this issues?
