No, thank Daniel. I would have had you do it with PhoneViewer.
So not including "the time/date/or who wrote it" really wasn't an issue after all. Just the copying and pasting was an issue.

You could ask Daniel how to do that. And he would tell you something like
this:
Open the conversation, click Edit in the upper right, select the lines you
want to save, click Forward in the lower right, enter your e-ddress, click
Send.
Or you can download PhoneView from ecamm.com, connect your iPhone to your
Mac, open PhoneView, click on Message, select the conversation, and copy it
to your Mac.
