Start Reminders App
Tap "+" in upper right
Enter reminder
Tap ">" at right of reminder
Tap switch on "Remind Me At a Location" line
Tap the "Current Location" line, even if that's not what you want
Tap "Enter an Address" line
On the right is a bold white "+" sign on a blue circle.
This is Apple code for "Access your address book here"
Tap the "+" sign
Pick an entry in your address book.
