[apple-iphone] Problem with iPhone 5, where to take it?

 

My iPhone 5 64GB has been acting funny. Sometimes when I type the keyboard goes spastic and I have to shut it down. (I grabbed a video of it last time). Sometimes when playing my music it will skip to the next tune halfway through playing. I have deleted and redownloaded several tunes, but then next time I listen another one skips.
So do I contact Apple, as I have AppleCare, or AT&T since that's where I bought it?
