I have my iPhone5 already ordered since Oct. 4th from AT&T on line. It is
on back order so I'm not really sure when I will get it. When I ordered
it they said 14 to 21 days for shipment. When I called
today they said it would be 14 to 21 days from Oct 24 to Nov. 2. She said
she was talking about shipment but I could not find out what she meant by
that. I asked her if was to be shipped out on the 24th and she just
repeated shipment as above. It's probably that they won't have any until Oct 24
to Nov 2. and it will be shipped from whatever date they get them. She
was not very clear on it at all. The Apple stores don't have any either so
I'm just going to wait. Nothing else I can do.

Personally, I find different AT&T stores to have different grades of
service. One may have excellent service and another not so good. I've found apple stores to have about the same service. All real good. The Apple store I go to has excellent service.
