Re: [apple-iphone] Emergency Battery for iPhone 5 - Recommendations

I had thought about something like the New Trend or Mophie juice pack charging battery but that means carrying around a charging cord and external battery. The Mophie case, when it comes out for the iPhone 5, is a case. I won't be carrying more than 1 thing.

The 5000 small one I have been using for over a year for my iPhone. It is relatively light and fits in my purse nicely. I also bought a dual iPad and iPhone ext battery for travel. Haven't used it much but it does charge the iPad fully.

I was thinking along the line of the Mophie that you just plug in when you need it instead of a "case" style. I bought a SPECK SmartFlex Card for iPhone 5 http://www.speckproducts.com/iphone-case/iphone-5-cases/smartflex-card-for-iphone-5.html it is bulky and fairly weighted, but not near as heavy as a purse! LOL.
