Re: [apple-iphone] AT&T vs Apple Ordering

At my house, both Sprint and Verizon are useless due to no signal.

Personally, picking up my new iPhone in store, I prefer to order through Apple when I can. The people are friendlier and they know more about the iPhone. I can ask a question and get the same answer from multiple employees. The 3 AT&T stores I've been into, I ask 3 different people the same question and get 3 different answers. Learn about the products you sell AT&T, BTW, I have AT&T as my iPhone carrier. No account issue problems, yet.
