Pat,

Do you mean something you keep in your house, connect to your network, that improves you cellphone signal strength while home?  If so, AT&T provides one.  It's free if you can demonstrate how weak your signal is…or complain loudly enough

Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced, effective cell phone booster for AT&T without and external antenna?

Have you tried the highest rated email app?
With 4.5 stars in iTunes, the Yahoo Mail app is the highest rated email app on the market. What are you waiting for? Now you can access all your inboxes (Gmail, Outlook, AOL and more) in one place. Never delete an email again with 1000GB of free cloud storage.

Yes, that's what the MicroCell device is, but I wasn't able to persuade AT&T to provide it to me for free!  Their free WiFi calling does basically the same thing and has worked well for me.

Re: [apple-iphone] AT&T cell phone booster

AT&T sells a MicroCell that worked wonders for me in my rural area with poor reception.  However, I replaced it by turning on WiFi Calling and that has worked perfectly for me.  Here's some info:  https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203032
