Also, convicted felons may lose some of their Constitutional protections.
All of your Constitutional rights can be taken away. There's an often forgotten little part of the 5th Amendment that states that no one may be deprived of life, liberty or property WITHOUT DUE PROCESS ... that's what gives them that right.
