I have one of those but I was looking for some-thing that remains on when the phone isn't plugged in. I've seen other makes of mobiles with this feature - I think my Nokia had it too before the advent of Apple. Of course after one has used an iPhone one can never go back to the others which seem incredibly primitive.

There are many alarm clocks in the app store that you can set to leave the screen on. They need to be hooked to the charger while in use to preserve the battery. On Mon, May 16, 2016 at 5:09 AM, sanjaya kanoria kanoria@me.com [apple-iphone] <apple-iphone@yahoogroups.com> wrote:Is there a feature that one may turn on Which would display the time on the closed phone (presumably at the cost of battery life)?
