[apple-iphone] Time iPhone to wake up?

 

Here is a Q from my friend the B and B proprietor that I convinced to get a iPhone. What is the best advice?

" I have alerts set for mail and messages. The problem is that the alerts go off at 3 AM or sometimes earlier if insomniacs make reservations in the middle of the night. Does the iPhone have a sleep mode where it shuts down at a time of my choice and then wakes up at a set time? The BlackBerry will do this but the HTC does not."
