I have Windows on the PC I am switching from, can I just use that login with the Mac and Bootcamp
of do I need a CD or download?
I am trying to not spend any more than I need as buying the Mac is enough :> so I will probably
try to stick with whatever comes free on the Mac.

No Boot Camp comes with macOS, but you need to own a copy of Windows.
