Try Hard resetting your phone; This Might do the Trick.

Having trouble with upgrade,

I have iPhone 6plus, when double clicking to make apps drop back on screen, to clear. But double click doesn't work in bring apps up only after repeated clicking sometimes it works.And ideals?
