That's the same problem I had in Maryland. I even checked stock at other stores in neighboring states. All the Pluses were gone but Rose Gold. That's not a color for me. So I upgraded to the 7 and will miss the Plus. I will wait until next Friday and see what my options are then.

The Apple Store app finally went live for me about 2:06 a.m. CDT (12:06 west coast). Within three minutes I'd gotten through the Apple upgrade part (which I joined last year) and was sent along to the site to pick my store, phone model and size. When picking any size of the 7 Plus the only color listed as available at my local Apple store was Rose Gold. I've always thought that one looks pink. I wanted Jet Black or perhaps Silver. I went ahead and ordered the Rose Gold one with the hope I can change colors when I pick it up at 8 a.m. next Friday. I can't imagine that EVERY phone in every other color at all storage sizes sold out within three minutes of the site going live.
