Maybe I was expecting something different from the health app, but I've been disappointed in the inability to edit some parts of it and the inability to offload the data. Or maybe I'm missing something. I realize it's probably designed more for wearables (I have none) but I am surprised there appears to be no way of grabbing the data via email, text, or anything else that I can find. The sleep tab is interesting, but it's not editable after adding a data point. If you have no connected wearable but wish to track your sleep, it appears the only way is to manually add a data point, but once it's saved it's not editable. So if you add one when going to bed, you won't have the ability to edit the end time when waking.
Anyone with different experiences without a tracker device?
