If your referring to 2 phones on One account then yes..you can have it that way just make sure that the other person on your account is AUTHORIZED to make changes to it. If Not...then it's w/e it is. With that being said & example is say your wife has a iPhone5 & you get a iPhone5, but your current phone is an iPhone5 once get rid of your iPhone5 and replaced it with your iPhone5S then nothing changes on your Account. It's the same Phone nothing changes unless you MAKE changes. That's How it works.
