The newest is 6.1.1. Came out yesterday. I _assume_ you mean you can not sync by WiFi.
For 6.1 and syncing issues, the most common resolution to not being able to sync by WiFi after updating to 6.1, is to first sync by cable. Then syncing by WiFi works. You may have to re-establish a new WiFi connection.
