I use 1password. It's good for mac, iphone, android.
I'd suggest, decide which account you want to keep. From the other account
make a list of apps and download them into the new one. It would take time
initially but then no problems. I did my transfer in that same way. Even
now some apps that were free and downloaded in other account do show up
when there's an update and could not be transferred. When current account
all updates are done then you can log into the other and update them.
