I don't see that option on my iOS v5.1.1 verizon iPhone4.

Hiding your phone number is built into iOS.

Settings> Phone> Show My Caller ID> Off

The call ID of the person your are calling will show BLOCKED. If they are
anything like me, they will not answer a call that says the number is
blocked.
