When one opens email on the iPhone there appears a "folder" icon. It is on the left of the trash-can. When touched it gives one the option to move the mail into various folders, including those one may have created for himself, as well as the spam folder. I use these folders to store emails that I'd like to use for future reference. However what Jim meant, if anything at all, is still a mystery.
