[apple-iphone] Help, please

 

I gave my iPhone 4 to my husband and I bought a 4S. Love it, so far. Really like Siri! My problem: my Toyota won't recognize my music on new phone. It keeps going to old phone even after I delete it on screen. It renames the 4 to 4S. Anyone else had this problem? Solutions?
