My phone (4, 32G) said there wasn't enough room in the Cloud account to do a backup, yet the account says there is 2.2GB left of my 5GB, shared with the new iPad. The only new things I have purchased are 2 songs. Most of my apps are marked to not back up to the Cloud. I did just buy and set up Mophie Juicepack Air, but that shouldn't make a difference.
So I tried to log into the Cloud to find out what the problem was, but it wouldn't let me in with my Apple ID and password. Then I bought something on the app store using my password. No problem.
I'm not sure what the problem could be as I thought the Cloud ID and password were the same as the Apple ID and password. This is the first time I have ever tried to log into the Cloud. I would rather not reset the password as I really like it (complicated but easy for me.)
I've looked on the Apple site for advice, but can't find anything.
