You can just drag it to iTunes, will be added as "Book" and you can open in
iBooks
OR
You can use something like Dropbox or Box.net to sync it to a "cloud" and
then open on iPhone using the App for that service
OR
You can upload to Google Docs and access via docs.google.com in Safari or
via GoodReader on any number of services.
