[apple-iphone] Transferring large pdf file

 

 
   If I have small pdf file (say 10 MB or less) on my desktop, I can transfer it to iphone by attaching it to an email and opening that mail on iphone.
 
How do I transfer a big file? It is 130 MB.
 
Can it be sent to iphone by bluetooth?
 
I have iphone 4.
