To help you with this we added new CRM features to Jivo. Along with already available Statuses, Responsible agents, and Reminders, there are two more tools: Tags and Comments. Tags will make it easier to segment the database and identify targeted requests. And comments will help you to record the progress of work with every client, so any agent will be able to quickly make a targeted offer when the customer contacts them again.
