Сrisis is the time when you need to mobilize all your resources and take the maximum from your client data. Organize your work with the customer base and you won't lose any customers, plus you'll convert new visitors to clients faster, and work better with returning customers. To help you with this we added new CRM features to Jivo. Along with already available Statuses, Responsible agents, and Reminders, there are two more tools: Tags and Comments. Tags will make it easier to segment the database and identify targeted requests. And comments will help you to record the progress of work with every client, so any agent will be able to quickly make a targeted offer when the customer contacts them again. Most of CRM features are available in the free version of Jivo. More info – in our blog.

📈New Features: Business Phone and Callback Stats
Analyze the effectiveness of Business Phone conversations with clients 🧐 We've improved the Statistics section in the JivoChat app. Now it has two new tabs: Incoming and Outgoing Calls and Callbacks. Incoming and Outgoing Calls This section shows how efficiently you've been using your virtual PBX over time. You can check the total number of calls and the ratio of received to missed calls, as well as successful and unsuccessful outgoing calls. You can filter data by phone number, carrier, and date range. Callbacks Here you can see the total number of Callbacks and the ratio of received and missed calls. You can filter data by site, operator, and date range. Data from the new tabs is included in the aggregated report. Don't forget to check these tabs regularly to: • track agent workload and decide whether it's time to hire more team members or make changes to their schedules; • evaluate agent performance: see how quickly employees respond to calls and how much time they spend on dialogues with clients- you'll see who needs training and who's right on track.
Any missed call is a missed customer. Now you can see how potential communications have failed, and get better results for the future.
