Someone else may have better information but from what I can research I think you're looking at a reinstall from your recovery partition.

Is deleting photos and restoring them if desired from the trash can available?  Also is moving to folders as simple as it is in iPhoto?
I deleted photos on my new computer and now can't find it on the ap store.  How to get it back?
