I use pocket informant now called informant 5 calendar. It was a one time payment for all the features but now they charge a subscription to sync to multiple devices. I still think it is a one time payment if you don't need to use multiple devices.

I have used it since palm days. Very feature packed which is overkill for me but the features I do use work great.
