I ordered my iPhone 6, 64GB over the phone by Apple Store employee. He told me it was faster to order that way than ordering from Apple online. Order placed on Oct 22nd, with estimated delivery from Shanghai, China the first week of Nov. It arrived at my door on Nov 5th. I'm very pleased with Apple my iPhone.
So I'd order from Apple by phone who will give you an ETA on both models GB capacity.
