Before you Gazelle it, make sure you do not have to pay Verizon an Early Termination Fee (ETF). Get it in writing.
Although you only paid $200 for the phone, you typically owe the rest of the $600-$800 if you do not complete your 2 year contract.
Ask someone with an ATT phone with a Nano SIM if you can try the SIM in your Verizon iPhone. It should work. The Verizon iPhone most likely has all the frequencies you need to use the phone on TMobile and ATT.
I am currently using a Verizon iPhone 5s on TMobile. I simply got a TMobile SIM, signed up with TMobile and was set.
