Thank you Andy. I don't remember signing a no sell clause but I bought the phone online so I will ask them about that. I am assuming I didn't since it was a Verizon rep that told me to sell it. Did you have an ebay account when you sold yours? That is my concern. Because I don't have an ebay account, to open one just to sell the phone concerns me that people won't trust me. Do you think that will be a problem?

Check first to make sure you did not sign a "no sell" clause when you got the Verizon subsidized rate for the Iphone. My Verizon dealer made me sign that statement, I am not sure if all Verizon agents do. The clause prohibited me from selling it for 6 months. Prior to buying my Iphone 6, I sold a new Iphone 5S that was replaced by the insurance company after a theft. I simply sold it on eBay. I listed the Iphone 5 for $400 "buy it now price" and it sold literally within 30 seconds of listing it. Some Russian guy with a Chicago address bought it. He then shipped it to Russia, I presumed he will get double the price. This was 2 weeks before the Iphone 6's came out. The Russian guy was wanting to make sure my phone was unlocked. When I told him it was Verizon, he was happy. I think while the Iphone had a Verizon card in it, they are essentially unlocked and other cards can easily be added. .Andy
