I've been an AT&T user for many years. After moving to Arizona in March, I noticed the coverage drop. Less bars in areas we travel to in AZ. We asked around and most said VZ was the best coverage and fastest. Everyone we talked to said T-mobile didn't have the coverage here that VZ does. We switched to VZ. We want to be on their family plan. Since we had to order our iPhone 6 Plus's on the Internet at the Apple Store and we were switching to VZ at the time, we had to sign up for individual plans. My hubby called VZ after we activated our phones only to find out we had to wait 30 days before we could go on the family plan. So far we like The coverage we're getting with VZ. I just hope the switch to their family plan will be easy.

Also, they talk about being on "their network" versus 4G/LTE, in that when on "their network" your data use is not counted against your monthly total. Of course we will ask them about this, but it seems like a topic perfect for the double-talk we are so accustomed to from AT&T. Can anyone here give me a simple explanation?

I've searched the messages here and haven't really seen anyone express an opinion about T-Mobile. I know it really depends on where you live, but as a company, do you love them or hate them?
