Re: [apple-iphone] Hand off ?

Are they FaceTime calls? Check settings FaceTime on each device and uncheck the iTunes account.

Alternately set up a different iTunes account and start using the new family sharing feature instead Of sharing same iTunes account.

We, my wife and I, have two iPhones running iOS 8.0.2 yesterday while visiting my daughter-in-law she mentioned that when she called her mom (Her parents have two new iPhone 6) both phones rang and they could answer either iPhone. Then later after we got home my son called me and both our phones rang.

The explanation that was given by the Apple store was that they (Her parents) share an iTunes account and after setting up a second account the multi ringings iPhones was cured. My wife and also share an iTunes account.

It would make sense that this is likely related to the "hand off" feature in iOS 8. Has anyone here run in to this? Is there an other way to correct this?
