Re: [apple-iphone] Exchanged my iPhone 6 for a iPhone 6+

I know. I know. It's a fantastic phone this iphone6+

Congratulations.  But I am sad you have to wait for a month or so.  Hope you get it much earlier.

I received my new, and really great, iPhone 6 (4.7") on Monday, activated it and went merrily on my way.  Thursday I made a trip to Best Buy to look at cases, and, to my utter shock, saw and grasped, for the first time, a iPhone 6+.  OMG, what a great fit to my (large) hand.  I couldn't believe it!  Buttons exactly where my fingers could access them and a size somewhat reminiscent of a wireless phone like I use at home (ear to mouth size).  I have no worries about bending the phone as I'm extremely careful with my electronic gear—particular my cell phones.

I headed straight to my provider's office, gladly paid a $50 restocking fee.  They were kind enough to simply reverse the entire financial transaction and reactivate my iPhone 5 until my new 6+ arrives.  Bad news: they told me it could take 1 to 2 months for Apple to fill the back orders but my name's now on the list.

So, that's my story.  Can't wait to get my new iPhone 6+
