I usually wait for the S iteration so I will pass and absorb the groups input on the pros and cons of the two models as well as letting the kinks work out in both hardware and software. It has worked out for me ever since my 3GS. Now have a 64GB 5S.
When I do upgrade my two biggest decisions will be whether to change carriers, and the size of storage.
